Baseball Management Proposal

Oasis Property Maintenance, would like to meet with you regarding a maintenance program of your baseball fields. Our equipment is specially designed to rejuvenate and maintain infields for safety and proper drainage. We also install new fields.

Not only will our equipment create a safe smooth playing surface, it will also remove creeping grasses at the root, remove the edge or lip that develops on the infield/outfield border and help a wet field be playable more quickly.

Many companies claim their equipment removes weeds and grass. Only ours has the ability to ‘cut’ weeds and grass at the roots. Other tools use short, narrow scarify teeth to rake over vegetation with little or no success. Because our machine cuts vegetation at root level, the plant is eliminated, not just covered up

The base underneath your top dressing is as important as the top finish. If you do not eliminate the bumps and ridges caused by players, improper grooming and extreme weather, you will have problems with bad hops, poor footing and likely injuries. While most infield groomers work from the top material down, ours works from the bottom material up. Spring & Fall Cleanup

We have a custom built leaf vacuum trailer to ensure quick and throough leaf pick-ups. We also offer "You rake them and we take them" service if you're feeling energetic!

We install colorful flower beds, using creative designs. We specialize designing beautiful unique gardens to enhance your individual property. We also install rock features and retaining walls. Oasis also provides bed edging for that smooth neat appearance.

Aeration

Aerating opens the soil by pulling out small plugs of soil about 3-5 inches deep. This provides the opportunity for the grass root systems to acquire the nutrient, water and air that are essential for growth. We also de-thatch lawns which loosen topsoil and pulls out dead grasses.
